Real World by Misplaced

Welcome/welcome back to the blog! A little over a week ago our wonderful friends in Misplaced dropped their latest track, Real World.

I love Misplaced. They never disappoint me, and I find that even the songs that don’t initially win me over, end up winning me over. So, going into this track I had fairly high expectations, because I’m always so blown away by just how incredible Misplaced are.

This track had me for a moment there in the intro, but after you get about 10-15 seconds in it’s that classic Misplaced sound that we all know and love. I honestly, love this track, this is one of my favourite tracks Misplaced has came out with and this is such a great track. The lyrics are a stand out element for me, and I’m here for it.

The bridge on this track was a nice little touch as well, unexpected but I had to pick my jaw up off the floor. I love Misplaced, and this track is proof as to why.

The track boasts a listening time of just under 3 minutes, so I would highly recommend you take 3 minutes out of your day and listen to this track if you haven’t already. The music that Misplaced come out with, makes me love music again. Honestly, I cannot recommend this track enough! It’s incredible, and I was right to have high expectations for this track. Such a surreal track and one I cannot recommend enough.

If you haven’t heard this track yet, or you’ve never heard of Misplaced, then I’d recommend changing that. Misplaced never disappoint and this is just another track that cements that fact, and I’m more than confident in giving Real World a solid 5 out of 5 lemons. There’s some really nice tempo changes in the track, not one element of the track, overpowers another, and the lyrics are great. It’s a genuinely, really catchy track that packs a punch. I adore this track, and I know so many others will as well.
