  Welcome/welcome back to the blog! Today we’re back with one of many posts I’m going to be throwing at you this week. I’m getting my blogging mojo back, and we need to talk music. So, today we’re talking about the debut EP from our friends in Good Hustles. On the 25th of February, they blessed our ears with their EP Apes.   Apes opens with the title track, and this is one of those songs that just makes sense as an opening track. The whole vibe of it is a great intro to the EP. I absolutely love the intensity of this track, and I think it’s for some beautiful tempo changes in it. It’s honestly just such a solid track, and I’m in love with it. This is definitely a great first impression on the EP, and it’s an incredible track. It really does pack a punch. This is honestly phenomenal, so much better than I ever imagined it being, and we all know I have high expectations for Good Hustles.   The second track is one of the singles we’ve had from the EP, and that’s I Think I’m Having A Heart

  Welcome/welcome back to the blog! I intended to do this post earlier in the week, but work got in the way, and then I went to a gig, so here we are! Today we’re talking about Downcast, Distant Blue, Pavé, and Protect Your Heart.   First up, let’s talk about Pavé. Now I’ve spoken about this lovely lot a few times and they truly are an incredible band. They released their latest single a little over a week ago, now titled Reset Me. This opts for a bit more a guitar-heavy sound compared to their previous singles, but that’s not a complaint. I’m actually a big fan of this vibe, and I swear, that chorus just won me over. The way it sounds, the way Alanya projects her vocals is extraordinary. Honestly, I love every single aspect of this track. It’s got enough of a tempo change for me to give it brownie points there, and there’s not a dull moment when listening to this track. It packs a punch, from the guitar, to the drums, to the vocals; every single aspect of this song is incredible. This

We’ve got a lot to get through, but I'm going to split this up into 2 posts, so I'll have part 2 to this, up on Wednesday (I think). I know it feels like forever since I spoke about any new music, but I got a new job and it’s just getting the right balance. So let’s stop the rambling and get into this!   First, let’s talk about Crashing Cadence, now I’ve never spoken about this lot before because quite frankly I was only made aware of them when Luke dropped me a message asking if I could do press for the track. Now I will add, this track I’ll be talking about hasn’t been released yet. It should be being released soon, but we’re still going to talk about it.
