Welcome back to another blog post! Today I'm going to be talking about Near Mrs' latest track Wishful Thinking which only dropped today (11th February). Although this song has only just dropped, I was kindly sent the track a few weeks back by the lads in Near Mrs and as always, I'm bringing you my thoughts on it! Now, I can tell you this track is incredible, I thought that the first time I heard it, and I still think that now. This track absolute slaps, and that chorus is extraordinary! The vocals, the lyrics, the guitar, the drums, the bass, everything about this track is a massive yes! I'm a firm believer that Near Mrs are one of the best local bands, and this track is proof of that, as if the past 4 singles haven't been enough proof. Honestly, such an incredible band and this song is just something else! The riffs, the intro, the outro, the change within the sound, those bits that make your brain go "oh shit, they really did that". When I say you all
