Single Review: White Lightning by Home Wrecked

(Click the photo to be taken to the music video)

Home Wrecked released their latest track on Friday! And it's safe to say I was quite excited for it. It did not disappoint. I absolutely adore this new track!

The track is called White Lightning and the music video is incredible. You don't have to watch the video to love the song, but the video is incredible, and please if you want to, watch the video and enjoy it.

White Lightning is such a solid track. It's fast, it's loud, it's perfect. The perfect mix of coarse and clean vocals, it's an incredible track that deserves a lot of love and appreciation, and I can't hype this up enough because honestly, take a few minutes out of your day and listen to White Lightning and hear how incredible it is! Hear the amount of true talent the lads in Home Wrecked have, see why I love them and why they deserve so much more love and appreciation.

White Lightning is an anthem! And that's an understatement, it's such a solid track. It's been stuck in my head since they released just a snippet of the track, so it's safe to say that I love it, and I think it's great. It's a track that I had high expectations for and I wasn't disappointed. It's a track that I love and that I will hype up at every chance I get. I will always recommend Home Wrecked until I don't have a reason to, and therefore, I strongly encourage you to go and listen to it, show them some love and play their music on repeat, until everyone's sick of hearing it.

I'm very excited to see what comes next, and see if that lives up to the standard that What You Want and White Lightning have!

Honestly, I'd say White Lightning is just as good as What You Want. If you haven't heard What You Want then listen to that whilst you're at it, and show that track some love too!

Overall, we all know what I'm about to rate this track... White Lightning is getting a solid 5 out of 5 lemons! 100%. I cannot hype this song enough, I can not tell you all to go and listen to it enough because, it really is just that song! It's incredible. It's one of the best tracks if not the best, that's been released during lockdown! White Lightning can have the title of my favourite lockdown song to date! I love it. It's that simple, I really do just love this track, because what's not to love? It's incredible!

So please, go and show Home Wrecked all the love and support they deserve!

What's Left For Us? by All Over Again

Welcome/welcome back to another blog post! Today I'm talking about All Over Again, who are a Nottingham alt-rock band! We all know, that I love alt-rock and I love Notts bands! I'm very enthusiastic about bands from my city, so I was more than happy to do some coverage on this EP when I got an email asking if I'd be willing to do a post about it. So, here we are. All Over Again released an EP yesterday (30th April), and I'm going to be talking about my thoughts on the tracks!  The first track on the EP is, Breathe Me In which was the first track released from the EP. It starts off quite slow, but it builds up, and I love that. Grace has a beautiful voice, and I love that there are tempo changes throughout the song, because at this point, anybody that's read my reviews before, knows that's the one thing that makes me fall in love with a track. I think this is such an incredible track, it's beautiful, I love everything about this track, I think it's incr

Loughborough to Lichfield by Next Year

Welcome/welcome back to the blog! Today we're going to be talking about Next Year's latest release Loughborough to Lichfield, which was released last Friday (April 30th). Now, I have worked with Next Year before. I reviewed Long Way Home back when that dropped last year. This is the follow-up single to said release, and because of how much I loved Long Way Home, I was apprehensive about hearing this track, just because I've loved everything they've put out previously, so it's that moment of "Is this going to be as good as, worse or better than the rest of the discography?". However, upon listening to it, it was clear to see that this was living up to expectations.  It has a loud, anthemic intro, it's not overly long, and it managed to keep my attention for the intro, which is essential to me. I need the start and end of any release to grab my attention to leave a decent impression. So, yeah, I was pretty impressed with the intro, it was very classic po
